Either, agreed in writing before we start. Some clients prefer a transparent service fee on the value procured; others prefer a fixed fee per assignment. What we do not do is take an undisclosed margin on top of a quoted price.
Yes. Overseas sourcing, freight, clearing and final delivery are handled together with our logistics division, so responsibility does not fragment at the port.
The full procurement file: your specification, the quotations obtained, the written comparison, the award recommendation, purchase documentation, inspection notes and proof of delivery.
Yes. Urgent requirements are quoted with a realistic delivery window rather than an optimistic one, and we will tell you when a deadline is not achievable instead of accepting it and disappointing you later.
