Contract supply
Schedules of goods delivered against a single purchase order, with consolidated documentation and one invoice.

General contracting and supply — sourced, delivered and documented at contract scale.
Overview
Most organisations do not want fourteen vendors for fourteen line items. They want one supplier who can take a schedule of goods, price it honestly, and deliver all of it against one purchase order.
That is what this division does. From office consumables to industrial materials, from a single container to a rolling supply agreement, we buy, import, warehouse and deliver — and we act as manufacturers’ representatives for principals who want a route into the Nigerian market.

Capabilities
Schedules of goods delivered against a single purchase order, with consolidated documentation and one invoice.
Sourcing from overseas manufacturers with freight, clearing, duty and onward delivery handled end to end.
Acting as the Nigerian representative for overseas principals — market entry, distribution, warehousing and after-sales presence.
Breaking bulk and distributing to regional outlets, branches or programme sites on an agreed schedule.
Managed supply-and-install packages where the goods need someone to fit, commission or hand them over.
Standing arrangements with agreed pricing and call-off terms for organisations that buy the same things repeatedly.
Buffer stock held on your behalf so that a call-off ships the same week rather than the same quarter.
Documentation and freight for Nigerian goods moving outward.
Why us for this
Consolidation is the whole point. Fewer vendors means fewer reconciliations, fewer disputes and a procurement file that closes cleanly.
We quote line by line against your specification, and we say plainly which items we hold, which we import, and what each timeline actually is.
For repeat buyers, agreed buffer stock turns a six-week import into a two-day call-off.
Who we serve

Questions
No fixed minimum. Small orders are welcome, though pricing is naturally more competitive on consolidated schedules and framework agreements.
Yes. Send the BOQ or specification and we return a line-by-line quotation with lead times per item and any substitutions clearly flagged rather than quietly made.
Yes. We act as commission agents and manufacturers' representatives, providing warehousing, distribution and an after-sales presence for principals entering the Nigerian market.
Terms depend on the value, the lead time and whether goods are imported. For institutional clients we work to the terms of the contract or purchase order; for imports a deposit against the letter of credit or proforma is usual.
