Say the real lead time
An honest six weeks beats a hopeful two. We would rather lose a job at quotation than lose a client at delivery.

Guarantee Assurance Nigeria Ltd is registered in Nigeria with its office in Jahi, Abuja. We trade, move, install and maintain across seven divisions — and we do it under one contract, with one team accountable for the outcome.
Who we are
Most companies that describe themselves as diversified are really describing a habit of taking whatever work appears. Ours is a deliberate structure: seven divisions chosen because Nigerian institutional buyers need all of them, and because the underlying competence — sourcing, importing, moving, installing and documenting — is the same in each.
A teaching hospital that needs an analyser usually also needs the vehicles that carry its samples, the network that reports the results, and the power that keeps the cold chain running. We would rather be the company that can quote all four than the one that quotes one and hopes.
Structure
How we got here
The company’s memorandum sets out seven object clauses spanning logistics, medical equipment, general supply, ICT, procurement, automobile and solar power. That breadth was deliberate: Nigerian institutional buyers routinely need all of it, and rarely want seven vendors.
Public-sector and donor-funded contracts are not won on price alone; they are completed on paperwork. From the beginning the company has run on written specifications, benchmarked quotations and signed proof of delivery.
Our office in Jahi puts us close to the ministries, agencies and teaching hospitals that make up much of our work, while our logistics division extends delivery to all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
Each division has its own specialists, but the client keeps one contract, one contact and one standard of handover.
How we work
An honest six weeks beats a hopeful two. We would rather lose a job at quotation than lose a client at delivery.
Waybills, comparisons and proof of delivery are produced while the work happens, not reconstructed afterwards when someone asks.
Nigerian roads, Nigerian power and Nigerian humidity are part of the specification, not a footnote to it.
A named contact who picks up is worth more than a service-level agreement that does not.
Leadership
Our management team is available to clients directly. Names, roles and photographs will be published here shortly — in the meantime, any enquiry reaches a decision-maker rather than a queue.
